I asked CarrieBeth how her first day back to school went. She only told me that she exercised at PE. She said that Mrs. Grimes was "so excited" to be back at school. She loves her class.

I then asked Megan how her day went in preschool. She said that it went well. When I asked her what she learned, she said that she learned not to stick her bootie out at someone and to chew with her mouth closed. She said that one of her "friends" stuck their bootie out at her and they got in trouble. Well, those weren't the answers I was looking for, but they will do for now!

Today I went through CarrieBeth and Megan's papers from Beckys and school. I realized how fast they are growing and how time is going by so fast with them. CarrieBeth read several words to me last night from a book. Hearing her sound out those words is so cute! Megan wrote her name on her chalkboard for me.

I cannot wait until our Women's Retreat in less than two weeks in Destin. We have over 60 women going.

I am beginning this year by reading through the Bible on a plan that our pastor gave us. I have enjoyed it so far and hope that I can stick with it! God has been so good to our family. I am so thankful for His Grace.
